Your session is confirmed once the required non-refundable deposit has been paid.

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for regular sessions. Studio sessions require a $75 deposit.

Yes. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your session.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Payments may be made through Zelle or cash.

Zelle and cash are accepted. Zelle payments can be sent to (561) 350-9619.

Yes. A 15-minute grace period is provided.

A $30 late fee will be added after 15 minutes.

Your session may be canceled or rescheduled based on availability. Your deposit will remain non-refundable.

Yes. One reschedule is allowed when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Same-day time changes require a $30 fee and are subject to availability.

ZoeSoVisual is based in Palm Beach, Florida.

Yes. A $50 travel fee applies to locations outside Palm Beach.

Please arrive ready with your hair, outfit, and grooming completed. Clothing should be clean and wrinkle-free, and moisturizing your skin is recommended for the best results on camera.

Yes. Bring extra outfits when needed. Outfit changes are available for an additional $50 fee.

Yes. You may ask for styling recommendations before your session.

Raw images are delivered the same day. Final edits may be delivered the same night when selections are submitted quickly.

Your gallery will be delivered through Pixieset. Select your preferred photos by tapping the heart icon.

Yes. Additional edits are available for purchase.

Pixieset delivery links expire after 30 days. Please download and safely back up your photos before the link expires.
